The work Hitchcock Home Services was built on
Matt started in 2005 doing every kind of repair under general contractors. We still take on the jobs that keep a house working, scheduled around our remodeling and estate clients.
What we fix
Carpentry and trim. Molding, built-ins and shelving.
Drywall and painting. Patching, repairs and refinishing.
Doors and windows. Installation, repair and hardware.
Tile and flooring. Repairs and small installs.
Fixtures and fans. Lighting, ceiling fans and faucets.
Punch lists. Many small items handled in one visit.
For real estate agents
Pre-listing repairs and inspection punch lists, turned around on your timeline. Agents across Philadelphia have used Hitchcock Home Services as their go-to contractor for listings for years.
"I'm a real estate agent in Philadelphia and Matt is my go-to contractor for all listings needing repairs or touchups. His work is great, prices are fair, and he goes above and beyond for my clients." Maurice, real estate agent
"Very helpful and went above and beyond." Camille F., via Thumbtack
