One trusted point of contact for the home

For households that want the property cared for without managing it themselves. Matt becomes the single person responsible for the physical operation of the home: maintenance, vendors, seasonal work and projects.

The house should not depend on the owners noticing first.

What you stop having to do

  • Remember when seasonal service is due
  • Walk the property after every storm
  • Figure out which trade handles a new issue
  • Call vendors and coordinate their schedules
  • Wait at the house for a contractor
  • Check whether the work was done correctly
  • Chase unfinished punch-list items

What Hitchcock Home Services takes on

  • A shared schedule of daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal tasks
  • Regular property walks between service visits
  • Hands-on maintenance and minor repairs, done directly
  • Vendor outreach, scheduling, access and site meetings
  • Estimates, scopes, progress checks and punch lists
  • Storm prep, winterization and post-weather checks
  • A running record of known issues and completed work

Three ways to work with us

Project-based service

For defined repairs and individual projects, billed by the service hour and scheduled as available.

Best for: a punch list, a single project, a move-out. Scheduling: around estate-client commitments.

Estate Management

Planned weekly service blocks organized around a monthly priority list you set with Matt. He executes, coordinates and reports back.

Best for: reliable weekly progress on an agreed list. Scheduling: priority over project-based work.

Signature Estate Concierge

A true right-hand relationship. Matt proactively owns the property agenda, anticipates needs, and coordinates landscapers, pool service, snow removal, contractors and every recurring provider.

Best for: larger properties and active projects. Scheduling: highest priority and first access to the team.

How we report back

Every month you see the visible work and the coordination behind it: what was completed, what is still in motion, and what moves to next month's list.

Sample October summary, 45 hours

  • Property presence and preventive maintenance: 18.5 hours
  • Fall cleanup, drainage and winterization: 8.0 hours
  • Vendor and contractor coordination: 7.5 hours
  • Hands-on repairs: 6.0 hours
  • Scheduling, sourcing and administration: 5.0 hours

Carried to November: patio lighting review, arborist follow-up, garage organization, drainage work, exterior hardware.

A deliberately limited client roster

To protect responsiveness, we accept only a small number of ongoing estate clients. Plans can change month to month as the household's needs become clear.
